We use Australia post for shipping our orders. For local Australia and New Zealand deliveries, please allow 2 to 3 weeks. However, for deliveries to China, the delivery time will be 4 to 5 weeks. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

Returns & Refunds

Thank you for purchasing our products. We gladly exchange items purchased in store within 14 days of purchase if they are in the same condition as when sold and are accompanied by the original tax invoice. Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom-made products.
